1) Payment and Mailing
• Price is for one item only, as mentioned in descriptions (excluding decorative items, if here are any shown on pictures).
•Item will be posted 1 to 2 working days after payment and received within 3-5 days.
•If payment is not received within 24 hours after placement of order via email, item will be released back to the site for sale
•Item condition has been checked / informed under Item Description before sales. No refund upon purchase.
•There will be no refund of shipping and handling cost during this refund and exchange transaction
•Postage Rates: There will be an additional charge for normal & registered mail @ $1.00 and $2.50 respectively.
•Registered mail is recommended as Tittle Beadle will not be responsible for any lost mail.
2) Exchanges
•Should there be any defect on the item received, please feedback within 3 days starting from the date the parcel is posted. Otherwise, the item will be considered as used and no action will be taken by Tittle Beadle. (Only valid for local postage, for international postage no exchanges & refunds will be done)
•Any changes in product/sizes will be charge an additional fee of $1.50 if changes are not sent within 12hours upon confirmation of email.
